- Small Pilates ball or pillow
- Light weights
- 1 very light weight
- Moderate weights

-1 set moderate weights (for skull crushers)
-1 optional light weight (could use for sidelying tricep extension or cobras)

- Chair sissy squats (bodyweight)
- Shoulder abduction (I used 5lb + 2lb wrist weights)
- Shoukder dropset (I used 2lb, can use body weight)
- Bicep curls (I used 15lb + 2lb wrist weights)
Burn Circuit:
-Side plank
-Ball crunch variations
-Cobra variations with optional light weight (I used 5 lbs)
-Skull crushers (I used 10 lbs)
-Sidelying tricep extension (I used 10 lbs)
-Forearm press variations
