- Glider (towels, paper plate, etc)

-Ball
-1 moderate/heavy weight (just for cobra lat pull down set up)
-Loop band

Build + Circuit:
- Chest press or push up (I used 27lbs for chest press)
- Single arm chest press drop set (I used 17lbs)
- Single arm skull crusher with support or heavy forearm press (I used 17lbs for skull crusher)
- Single arm forearm press with opposite hand glider
- Glider lunge or lunge (I used 40lbs)
- Glute drop sets
Burn Circuit:
-Cobra variations with loop band
-Banded knee extensions (first and second sets)
-Matrix variations (I used body weight)
-Bear plank (third set)
-Ball crunch variations
Up Next in 3x/week with cardio
