- Chest flies (I used 10lbs)
- Loop band lat pull
- Narrow row (I used 30lb)

-Side plank
-Ball crunch variations
-Cobra variations
-Bicep curl variations (I used 15 lbs)
-Shoulder abduction (go slightly heavier than usual, I used 5 lbs + 2 lb wrist weight)
-Narrow press push up pulses
-Narrow press (I used 15 lbs)
