- Light/moderate dumbbells
- Long band
- Chair or access to a wall
Burn equipment:
-Ball
-Gliders or socks
-Long band
-1 light weight
-1 heavy weight

- Sissy lunges (I used 25lb)
- Bodyweight sissy lunge combos
- Pushup combos
- Single arm forearm press (band optional)
- Sissy squat (I used 25lb)
- Chest press (I used 25lb + band)
- Skull crushers (I used 10lb)
Burn exercises:
-Ball crunch variations
-Cobra variations
-Shoulder abduction (I used 5 lbs)
-Banded shoulder drop set
-Hamstring glider bridges with band set up for first and second sets (I used 20 lb weight to secure the band) and without band set up for third set
