- Gliders/towels/paper plates (or wear socks on hard wood)
- Light weights
- 1 moderate weight
- 1 moderate/heavy weight
- Long band
- Large bath towel, rolled (or use a small Pilates ball)

Circuit:
-Stability work
- Glider bridge work
- Single arm skull crusher (I used a 15lb)
- Band drop set
- Side plank (I used a 15lb)
- Ball crunch
- Cobra with band
- Prone hamstring curl (I used a 20lb - use lighter than what you normally use for kneeling hamstring curls)
- Skull crushers (I used 10lb)
