- Sissy squats to chair (I used BW)
- Quad drop sets
- HS bridge variations
- Ball crunch variations with ball and pillow (optional)
- Single arm forearm press/Single arm tricep push up/forearm press
- Single arm tricep pulse outs (SL and kickback; I used 5lbs for each)
- Chest press (I used a set of 25lb dumbbells)
- Chest fly variations (I used a set of 10lb dumbbells)
