- Small Pilates ball or pillow
- Light weights
- Moderate weights

Circuit:
- Stability work with ball
- Shoulder abduction (I used 5lb, use a lighter weight than you normally do for shoulders)
- Ball crunch variations
- Cobra/kneeling cobra work
- Bicep curl combos (I used 10lb, use lighter weights than you normally do for biceps)
