- 1 light weight
- 2 moderate weights

Circuit:
- Lunge work with chair
- Banded donkey lifts
- Tricep work with light weight (I'm using 5lb)
- Skull crushers (I'm using 10lb)
- Side leg lifts (I used a 10lb, you could go heavier if you want)
- Pillow lunges
