Circuit 1 & 2:
- Bodyweight sissy squat work
- Bodyweight lunge/bear combo
- Pushup combo (or chest presses)
- Chest press combo (I used 25lbs, which is 5lb lighter than I usually use for chest press)
Circuit 3 & 4:
- Bodyweight kneeling quad work
- Bodyweight lunge combo
- Bodyweight 1st position pulses
- Chest presses
- Pushup combo
