- Glider lunges (I used a 30lb dumbbell)
- Glute drop sets
- Matrix (I used a 30lb dumbbell)
- Sissy glider lunges (body weight)
- Half deadlifts (I used a set of 30lb dumbbells)
- Glider mountain climber finisher
