* Build + and Barre work the same muscle groups. Only take one or the other. Both classes will work towards muscle hypertrophy. Build + features heavier lifts for shorter intervals with lighter weight drop sets laced in. Choose the class based on format preference. *

Circuit:
- Kneeling hamstring curls (I used a 30lb dumbbell; https://members.evlofitness.com/form-breakdowns-2/season:6/videos/img-1697)
- Prone hamstring curl drop set (set 2; I used a 15lb dumbbell)
- Push ups or heavy chest press
- Chest press drop set or kneeling push up drop set (I used 15lb dumbbells for chest press drop set)
- Skull crushers and/or tricep narrow press (I used 15lb dumbbells)
- Tricep drop sets
