* Build + and Barre work the same muscle groups. Only take one or the other. Both classes will work towards muscle hypertrophy. Build + features heavier lifts for shorter intervals with lighter weight drop sets laced in. Choose the class based on format preference. *
Equipment (details below):
- Kitchen chair
- Heavy weights (variety, see circuit)
- Long resistance band tied in loop to begin
- Stool + pillow (see HS curl demo below)
- Access to wall

Circuit:
- Kneeling hamstring curls (I used a 30lb dumbbell)
- Banded hamstring curl pulses
- Eccentric bicep curl // heavy bicep curls (I used a 25lb dumbbell for eccentrics; set of 20lb dumbbells for heavy curls)
- Alternating banded bicep curls
- Sissy lunge (I used a 30lb dumbbell)
- Supine banded knee extension
