3+ months of Evlo experience required. Yoga experience required. This class alternates between Build circuits and power yoga flows with cardio components and ends with core Burn. This class has slightly less volume than Payton's class - for more volume, take her Full Body Build & Burn.
Equipment (Build circuit below):
- Heavy dumbbells
- Stool + pillow
- Access to a wall
- Small Pilates ball
