- Step ups (I used a stool and body weight)
- Glute drop set
- Single leg hamstring chair bridge or kneeling HS curl (I used 25lbs for HS curl)
- Core stability and/or ball crunch
- Chest press or push ups (I used 25lb dumbbells for chest press)
