Cardio Barre Build: Glutes, upper back, triceps, abs (8-25-23)

3+ months of Evlo experience required. Format: A mix of Build, Barre, and Cardio moves throughout the entire class.
Equipment (Build exercises below):
- Stool
- Pillow
- 1 heavy weight
- 2 moderate weights
- Loop band
- Small Pilates ball or pillow
- Access to a wall

- Deficit lunges (I used 1 30lb)
- Kickstand rows on stool (I used 1 30lb)
- Sidelying tricep extension (I used 1 10lb)
- Skull crushers (I used 10lbs)
