- Heavy weights (for chest presses and wall sits - I use 25's)
- Moderate weights (for bicep curls - I use 20's)
- Moderate/light weights (for bicep drop sets and skull crushers - I use 10's)
- Long resistance band
- Small Pilates ball
- Option to wear tennis shoes
