Equipment (details below)
- Heavy dumbbells
- Light/moderate dumbbells
- Chair
- Stool + pillow
- Access to a wall
- Long band
- Small Pilates ball or pillow
Music is played over the video
Circuit:
- Step-ups (I used body weight)
- Hamstring curls (I used a 30lb dumbbell)
- Bulgarians (I used a 30lb dumbbell)
- Glute dropset work (I used bodyweight)
- B-stance lunges (I used 2 30lb dumbbells)
- Chest presses (I used 25lb dumbbells)
- Dropset chest presses (I used 10lb dumbbells + resistance band)
- Light bicep curls (I used 10lb dumbbells)
- Band bicep dropset
- HIIT sequence (30 seconds on, 1 min off)
- Light intensity cardio sequence
- Core sequence: ball crunches, cobras, oblique work (small Pilates ball or pillow)
