Cardio Build +: Quads, shoulders, bis, tris, abs (2-17-23)

Equipment:
- 1 heavy dumbbell
- Moderate dumbbells
- Light dumbbells
- Gliders (you can also use paper plates, magazines on carpet, etc)
- Small Pilates ball or pillow
- Long resistance band
Music is played over the video
Circuit:
- Low-impact cardio warm-up
- 45 second heavy sissy squats (I used 40lb)
- Glider quad dropset
- 45 second heavy shoulder abduction (I used 10lb)
- Shoulder dropset (I used 5lb and a long band)
- Cardio circuit 1
- 45 second heavy bicep curls (I used 20 lb)
- Bicep band dropset work
- 45 second heavy tricep press and skull crushers (I used 15lb for the presses and 10lb for the skull crushers)
- Tricep band dropset work
- Cardio circuit 2
- Core work with ball
- Cool-down
