- Heavy weights
- Moderate weights
- Light weights
- Long resistance band
- Small Pilates ball
- Access to a wall
Circuit:
- Sissy squats and/or ball wall sits (I'm using 30lb)
- Chest presses (I'm using 30lb)
- Bicep curls (I'm using 20lb)
- Shoulder abduction (I'm using 5lb)
- Band dropset work
- Narrow presses (I'm using 20lb)
- Ball crunch work
