- 1 heavy weight
- Set of moderate dumbbells
- Set of light dumbbells
- Small Pilates ball or pillow
- Wall access
Music is played over the video
Circuit:
- Ball wall sits (I used a 30lb dumbbell)
- Sissy squats (I used bodyweight)
- Ball crunch work
- Kickstand flies (I used a 10lb)
- Dropset kickstand flies (I used a 5lb)
- Skull crushers (I used 5lb)
