3+ months of Evlo experience highly recommended. 5 reps of a heavy lift, 60 seconds of a moderate lift, final dropset with light weight or body weight
Equipment (circuit below):
- Chair or bench
- An assortment of dumbbells
- Small Pilates ball or pillow
- Access to a wall or stable surface

Circuit:
- 5 reps of B-stance lunges (I'm using 30lb dumbbells in each hand)
- Bulgarians (I used 1 30lb)
- Bodyweight bridges
- Single arm narrow press (I used a 30lb)
- Shoulder abduction (I used 10lb)
- Shoulder abduction dropset (I used a 5lb)
- 5 reps of kickstand row (I used a 30lb)
- Kickstand fly (I used 10lb)
- Cobra
- 5 reps of heavy biceps (I used 20lbs)
- Bicep curls (I used 15lb)
- Dropset biceps (I used 10lb)
- Ball crunch work
