- Heavy weights
- Weights for your heels for sissy squats
- Small Pilates ball or pillow
- Chair + stool + pillow (for hamstring curl setup, see demo below)

- Leg Build (I used a 30lb dumbbell)
1. Sissy squats
2. Hamstring curls or chair bridges
- Cardio barre sequence 1 (bodyweight)
- Upper Body Build:
1. Ball crunches
2. Kickstand rows (I used 25lb)
3. Chest presses (I used 25lb)
- Cardio barre sequence 2 (bodyweight)
