- Flow 1
- Sissy squats
- Forearm presses
- Sidelying tricep extension (I used 10lb)
- Loop band tricep extension
- Kneeling quad work
- Skull crushers (I used 10lb)
Circuit 2:
- Flow 2
- Chest press (I used 25lb)
- Hamstring bridge
- Hamstring curl (I used 25lb)
Circuit 3:
- Bicep curls (I used 15lb)
- Pillow crunches
