Class format: Mobility and muscle activations followed by a 45 second heavy lift and a lighter weight drop set.
Equipment (circuit below):
- Heavy weights
- 1 heavy/moderate weight
- 1 light weight
- 1 very light weight
- Stool/pillow (optional)
- Ball or pillow

Circuit:
- Stool lunges or regular lunges if no stool (I used one 30lb)
- Stool hip trust or bridges if no stool (I used one 30lb)
- Kickstand row (I used one 25lb)
- Kickstand fly (I used one 10lb)
- Chest press (I used 30lb dumbbells)
- Pushups or dropset chest presses
- Ball crunches
- Heavy shoulder abduction (I used one 10lb)
- Shoulder dropset (I used one 5lb)
