New format: 5 rep heavy exercise followed by a bodyweight/light weight "move."
Equipment (circuit below):
- Heavy weights
- Moderate weights
- Light weights
- Small Pilates ball or pillow
- Long band
- Chair or bench

Circuit 1 (repeated twice):
- B-stance lunges - 5 reps (I used 40 lb dumbbells)
- Dropset glute work
- Chest presses - 5 reps (I used 30lb dumbbells)
- Pushup combo
Circuit 2 (repeated twice):
- Bulgarians - 5 reps (I used one 40lb)
- Monster walk with band
- Narrow kickstand rows (I used 30 or 40lb)
- Cobra with band
- Kickstand fly/row combo
Circuit 3 (repeated 4x):
- Skull crushers - 5 reps (I used 15 or 10lbs)
- Band dropset work
- Ball crunch work
