- Glute drop sets
- Matrix variations (I used a 30lb dumbbell)
- Prone hamstring curl (I used a 25lb dumbbell)
- Hamstring stool bridges
Upper Body Circuit:
- Chest presses (I used 30lb)
- Skull crushers (I used 10lb)
- Deltoid row (I used 15lb. Sub shoulder abduction with a lighter weight for a shoulder-friendly option)
