3+ months of Evlo experience AND extensive yoga experience required. Format: This class starts with our signature breathwork and mobility, moves into a power flow, then cycles between lifting circuits (30 seconds each exercise) and cardio flows. The class ends with a cool-down and savasana.
Equipment (circuit below):
- Heavy weights
- Gliders
- Small Pilates ball
- 1 moderate weight

Circuit 1:
- Power yoga flow
- Glider lunges (I used 1 40lb dumbbell)
- Chest presses (I used 30lb dumbbells)
- Cardio power flow
Circuit 2:
- Ball wall sit (I used 1 40lb dumbbell)
- Deltoid row (I used 1 15lb dumbbell)
- Cardio power flow
Circuit 3:
- Planking/ball crunch series
