Equipment (circuit below)
- Small Pilates ball or pillow
- Loop band
- 2 heavy dumbbells
- 2 light dumbbells
- Gliders (or wear socks)

Circuit 1:
- Ball crunches
- Cobra with band
- Half deadlifts (I used 30lb dumbbells)
- Loop band donkey lifts
- Weighted/loop clams (final set only, I used 20lb)
Circuit 2:
- Glider hamstring bridges
- Prone hamstring curls (I used 20lb - use a much lighter weight than you usually do for kneeling hamstring curls)
- Sidelying tricep extensions (I used 10lb)
- Loop band pushdowns
- Skull crushers (final set only, I used 20lb)
