- Glider lunges (I used a 30lb dumbbell)
- Glute drop sets
- Matrix (I used a 30lb dumbbell)
- Sissy glider lunges (body weight)
- Half deadlifts (I used a set of 30lb dumbbells)
- Glider mountain climber finisher
Upper Body Circuit (lots of tempo work!):
- Banded rows
- Kickstand narrow row (I used a 20lb)
- Chest presses (I used 30lb)
- Skull crushers (I used 10lb)
- Dropset skull crushers (I used 5lb + band)
