3+ months of Evlo experience required. Format: Build circuit, 4 one minute cardio moves, glute and ab Burn.
Equipment (Build circuit below):
- Chair or bench
- Stool + pillow (for hamstring curls)
- Heavy dumbbells
- Loop band
- Small Pilates ball or pillow

- Half deadlifts (I used 30lb + loop band)
