Equipment (circuit below):
- 1 heavy weight
- Moderate weights
- 1 light weight
- Long band
- Small Pilates ball or pillow
- Glider, towel, or paper plate

Circuit:
- Glider lunges (I used a 30lb)
- Drop set glute work
- Half deadlifts (I used two 30lb dumbbells)
- Cardio circuit
- Bicep curls (I used 15lb dumbbells)
- Band biceps
- Side-lying tricep extensions (I used a 10lb dumbbell)
- Drop set tricep work
- Shoulder abduction (I switched between a 5lb and a 10lb)
- Drop set shoulder work
- Ball crunches
