- Kneeling quads (I used 1 25lb dumbbell)
- Abs on towel (option to use a Pilates ball if you prefer)
- Kickstand rows (I used 1 25lb dumbbell)
- Chest presses (I used 25lb dumbbells)
- Shoulder abduction (I used 1 5lb dumbbell)
- Cardio sequence 1
Circuit 2:
- Sissy squats (I used body weight, option to use 1 heavy dumbbell)
- Abs on towel (option to use a Pilates ball)
- Kickstand row/fly combo (I used a 25lb and a 5lb)
- Shoulder abduction combo (I used a 5lb)
- Chest presses (I used 25lb)
- Cardio sequence 2
