- Right banded lunges (I used 30lbs)
- Left banded lunges (I used 30lbs)
- Glute banded drop set (Set 2)
- Half deadlifts (Set 3; I used 30lbs)
- Kneeling hamstring curls (I used 25lbs; form breakdown: https://members.evlofitness.com/form-breakdowns-2/season:6/videos/img-1697)
- Hamstring banded drop set (Set 2)
- Sissy squats (I used 30lbs)
- Supine banded knee extension (Set 3)
Upper Body Circuit:
- Deltoid rows, or sub shoulder raises (I used a 15lb. if you're doing shoulder raises, use a lighter weight)

- Single arm skull crusher (I used a 15lb)
