  • Barre Build (8-4-23): Quads, upper back, abs, triceps

    3+ months of Evlo experience required. In this class, we will alternate between build exercises and light-weight/high rep exercises.

    Equipment:
    - Chair or bench
    - 1 heavy dumbbell
    - 2 light dumbbells
    - Long band
    - Small Pilates ball or pillow
