- Hamstring curl (I used a 30lb)
- Barre dropset hamstring work
- Bulgarians (I used a 30lb)
- Hip thrusts (I used a 30lb)
- Kickstand row (I used a 25lb)
- Kickstand fly (I used a 5lb)
- Skull crushers (I used 10lb)
- Tricep dropset work (I used a 5lb and a long band)
