This is the first week of revolving this Friday class! Each week will be a different format, feel free to drop suggestions in the comments for what formats you want to see in the future!
Barre Build is a mix of heavier lifts and "barre inspired" drop sets!
Equipment:
- Heavy weights (for sissy squats, chest presses, and rows)
- Moderate weights (for skull crushers)
- Long band
- Small Pilates ball or pillow
- Chair or bench (optional)
