Class description: Heavier lifts than usual with shorter sets, followed by lighter dropsets. Evlo experience of 2 months or longer encouraged.
Equipment:
- 1 heavy dumbbell or kettlebell (For Bulgarians + hip thrusts, I'm using 40lb)
- 2 heavy dumbbells (for chest presses and kickstand rows, I'm using 30's)
- 2 moderate dumbbells (For skull crushers, I'm using 15's)
- Long resistance band & loop band
- Kitchen chair or bench
- (optional but encouraged): access to a wall or stable surface to lean into for support during leg work
