Whether you've been sick, feeling sleep deprived, or even if it's that time of the month, this week of classes is for you. All Pilates-style, these classes start with long warm-ups and breath work, ease into some gentle, but muscle-burning movements, and end with savasana. Take the whole week, or any of the classes on their own. Although great for beginners, this program is intended for anyone who feels like they aren't quite ready to jump into the normal week of classes, and need a week of "easing in."
