<25 seconds: prioritize recovery and rest. Take a yoga flow, meditation, or stability and mobility class
30-60 seconds: engage in resistance base exercise and modify as needed, consider cutting out cardio if you are closer to 30 sec.
65-120 seconds: you are FULLY recovered.
