5 Seasons

This is a month-long program that is a perfect place to start for those new to exercise, or are wanting to set a strong foundation. This is a low-impact, strength-building program designed to build strength, educate on form, and help provide variations that will work for your body.
After this month, you can repeat any of the weeks or jump into the Evlo live classes.

  • Introduction to Foundations: Start here

    Episode 1

    - Heavy weights (I use between 15-25lb dumbbells depending on the lift. Beginners can use between 5-10lb)
    - Light weights (I use 5lb dumbbells. Beginners can use 1-5lb)
