This is a month-long program that is a perfect place to start for those new to exercise, or are wanting to set a strong foundation. This is a low-impact, strength-building program designed to build strength, educate on form, and help provide variations that will work for your body.
After this month, you can repeat any of the weeks or jump into the Evlo live classes.

  • Foundations Lower Body Build: Quads & glutes

    Episode 1

    Equipment:
    - Kitchen chair or something sturdy to step on (I will give you options if you don't have one)
    - Resistance band or loop band
    - Access to a wall
    - Optional: weights

  • Foundations Upper Body Build: Chest, triceps, and shoulders

  • Foundations Burn: Abs, back, inner thighs

    Episode 3

    Equipment:
    - Small Pilates ball (I got mine on Amazon, it's 8-9") or you can use a pillow

    This class is totally optional to take on Thursday or any other recovery day.

  • Foundations Full Body Build & Burn

    Episode 5

    This class merges Pilates and weight lifting into one class that challenges lower body, core, and upper body

    Equipment:
    - Medium weights (I'm using 15lb. Beginners can use between 5-10lb)
    - Long resistance band
    - Small Pilates ball or pillow
