This is a month-long program that is a perfect place to start for those new to exercise, or are wanting to set a strong foundation. This is a low-impact, strength-building program designed to build strength, educate on form, and help provide variations that will work for your body.
After this month, you can repeat any of the weeks or jump into the Evlo live classes.
Foundations Barre Build: Quads, hamstrings, abs, biceps, back
*Note - if you want a shorter class, you can always take last Friday's Full Body Build in place of this class
