5 Seasons

This is a month-long program that is a perfect place to start for those new to exercise, or are wanting to set a strong foundation. This is a low-impact, strength-building program designed to build strength, educate on form, and help provide variations that will work for your body.
After this month, you can repeat any of the weeks or jump into the Evlo live classes.

  • Foundations Lower Body Build: Quads & glutes

    Episode 1

    - Gliders, towels, or paper plates

  • Foundations Upper Body Build: Chest, triceps, and shoulders

    Episode 2

    - Moderate Weights (I’m using 15s)
    - Light Weights (I’m using 5s)

    Episode 3

    - Small Pilates ball (I got mine on Amazon, it's 8-9") or you can use a pillow

    This class is light cardio, and great on a day where you want to get moving in an easy, fun way.

    This class is optional for the Foundations program!

    *Note - if you want a shorter class, you can always take last Friday's Full Body Build in place of this class
