    Equipment:
    - Heavy weights (for chest presses. I use 25 lb dumb bells. Beginners can use 8-12lb)
    - Moderate weights (for skull crushers. I use 10lb dumb bells. Beginners can use 5-8lb)
    - 1 light weight (for shoulder work. I use 5lb. Beginners can use 2-3lb)
