Gym circuit:
- Step downs (see tutorial) or step-ups
- Hamstring curl machine (see tutorial)
- Elliptical sprint: 45 seconds as fast as possible at high resistance
Complete each exercise for 60-90 seconds. Reps should take 3-4 seconds each. Use moderate to heavy weight. Repeat each exercise one after the other, and repeat the circuit 4-5x.
