How to use this program:
- Download the joint assessment form, linked above
- Take this class to determine your deficits
- After you determine your deficits, choose one area with the most circles
- Click the dropdown box above this video to find the classes for each joint
- Either take that class each day, or tease out the exercises from the class to do throughout your day
- You can't overdo these - 1-3x/day for at least one week is recommended
