    Equipment:
    - Heavy weights (I'm using 25 lb dumbbells - beginners can use bodyweight for legs, and 5-10lb for chest)
    - Light weights (I'm using 5lb dumbbells - beginners can use anywhere from 1-3lb)
    - Small pillow
    (We didn't end up using the gliders, so you don't need them)
