Stability
These stability classes are not physical therapy, or intended to treat pain or injury. Stability classes are focused muscle activations to improve firing and stability of joints. These classes are also great to take before another workout class to improve firing and stability.

Glute activation
Try this exercise before lower body day, if your hips are feeling tight/cranky, or if you are having troubles "activating" your glutes during class.
